Essential Membership

The Strength Code Membership is a perfect starting point for someone who wants to increase their strength and fitness and doesn’t want to spend a lot of time in the gym. It includes one full-body strength training workout a week.

2X/Week

Pro Membership

$77.25 a session on our autopay program

The Strength Code Pro Membership is great for adding an extra session each week to work on target areas, for more experienced clients, or for those who are beginners and want more experience with strength training. It includes Eight workouts per month, typically used twice weekly.

3X/Week

Elite Membership

$75.50 a session on our autopay program

The Strength Code Elite Membership is for those who want a more challenging routine, and/or are focusing on resistance training to improve their performance in a sport. Includes Twelve 30-minute sessions per month, typically used three times per week.

Strength 4 You

4 Sessions

$93.50 a session on our autopay program

Flexible scheduling options for those who travel frequently or whose schedules cannot be consistent each week. These sessions can be suspended indefinitely.

*Use it or lose it. Missed sessions roll over for 30 days and then expire.
